A nice email to receive
Below is an email from Kate Senecal, she is Spectrum’s Student Assistance Programs Counselor in Essex Middle School. She writes to Michelle Chasky, a Spectrum counselor, and Annie Ramniceanu, our clinical director.
Hi Michelle and Annie,
I just wanted to pass along some feedback I had a parent provide to me this week. It was from the aunt of a student that Michelle works with at Essex Middle School. She said she has been extremely impressed with everyone at Spectrum. As she said, Spectrum is good with real people and real problems. She feels that people are incredibly helpful, friendly, and flexible, and she feels like real “work” is getting accomplished with her family. Just thought I’d send this along, to let everyone know that we do great work, and to hopefully brighten a really ugly day outside! Have a great weekend. Kate
